SHIPPING POLICY

At FARAONE1447, every order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During new drops, launch periods, or high-demand releases, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you directly.

SHIPPING WITHIN EGYPT

We currently ship across Egypt.

Estimated delivery times:

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days  
Alexandria & major cities: 2–5 business days  
Other governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, location, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

If free shipping is available during a campaign or drop, it will be shown clearly at checkout.

 

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier cannot reach you or the delivery address is incorrect, your order may be delayed or returned to us.

If an order is returned due to incorrect contact information, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.
